Beachin' It

We spent another wonderful weekend down at the beach. We're trying to get in as much as possible before this stupid oil spill threatens our beautiful beaches!! We saw no oil, but some effects....NO OYSTERS were being served at the local restaurants. From what we've seen on TV, the seafood hasn't been affected yet so we were shocked that they had signs plastered everywhere telling us otherwise.
Camp loved the boat just as much as he loves trucks! He had fun honking the horn!

Adam reading his new bartending book that I got him for our anniversary.

Camp enjoyed the pool and water hose. Who knew this could make him so happy?

While watching Camp play, I also read my first book in two years! I love Emily Giffin and I've read every one of her books in record time. This one was no different. A great, fast read and I highly recommend it!

Sunday night, Uncle Trip drove over from Mexico Beach!
Camp was whining about wanting to go in Uncle Trip's truck, but I thought his face was hilarious!

hi lane! I, from time to time, stop by and read your blog after stopping over at Brittany Sivyer's blog and i remembered reading about your little boy loving the movie Cars. Naturally when I read a cupcake blog that featured how to make Cars character, "Tow-mater", i thought of your blog. the link to the blog is here:
